All content on the Platform (text, images, code, data) is hosted on servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA).
4. Nature of the Activity — Information Society Service
Lustra operates as an online intermediary marketplace (information society service) within the meaning of:
- Book XII of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Wetboek van economisch recht / Code de droit économique), governing information society services in Belgium - The Act of 11 March 2003 on certain legal aspects of information society services (transposing EU Directive 2000/31/EC — the "e-Commerce Directive") - EU Regulation 2022/2065 — the Digital Services Act (DSA)
Lustra's role is limited to providing a technology platform that connects independent local service professionals ("Service Providers") with consumers and businesses seeking local services ("Clients"). Lustra does not employ, control, or supervise Service Providers, and is not a party to any service agreement concluded between Clients and Service Providers through the Platform.
AVERAGE NUMBER OF USERS Lustra currently does not meet the threshold for mandatory disclosure under DSA Article 24.
5. Payment Services
All payment processing on the Platform is carried out by Stripe, Inc. and/or Stripe Payments Europe Ltd ("Stripe"), which is authorised and regulated as a payment institution. Lustra does not itself provide payment services, collect funds, or hold client money. Lustra does not hold a payment institution licence.
Stripe Payments Europe Ltd is authorised and supervised by the Central Bank of Ireland. Stripe is registered in Ireland (Company No. 513174) and has its principal place of business at: 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland.

6. Intellectual Property
The Platform — including its design, graphics, user interface, source code, text, database structure, and all content produced by Lustra — is the exclusive property of Lustra Platform and/or its licensors, protected under Belgian and EU intellectual property law.
This includes but is not limited to: - The "Lustra" name and logo - The Platform's user interface design - Marketing materials created by or for Lustra
No part of the Platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, transmitted, or used commercially without the prior written consent of Lustra Platform, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
Service Provider content (e.g. business descriptions, service listings) remains the property of the respective Service Provider. By posting content on the Platform, Service Providers grant Lustra a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to display and use that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform.
Third-party trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Hyperlinks and External Sites
The Platform may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience and information purposes only. Lustra does not control those websites, does not endorse their content, and accepts no responsibility or liability for their availability, content, privacy practices, or compliance with applicable law.
Linking to the Lustra Platform from external websites is permitted provided that: (a) the link does not create a false impression of affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with Lustra; (b) the link does not frame or embed the Platform in a manner that could mislead users; (c) the link does not direct to content that is unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate.
Lustra reserves the right to request removal of any external link at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
As an information society service intermediary, Lustra's liability is limited as follows:
HOSTING LIABILITY (Art. XII.19 WER / DSA Art. 6) Lustra is not liable for content posted by Service Providers on the Platform, provided that: (a) Lustra has no actual knowledge of the unlawful activity or content; and (b) upon becoming aware of unlawful content, Lustra acts expeditiously to remove or disable access to it.
TECHNICAL AVAILABILITY Lustra does not guarantee that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Planned maintenance may affect availability without prior notice.
ACCURACY OF LISTINGS Service Provider listings are created and maintained by Service Providers themselves. Lustra does not verify or validate the accuracy of listing content (except where required by law) and is not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in third-party listing content.
SERVICE QUALITY Lustra is not liable for the quality, safety, or performance of any service performed by a Service Provider.
These limitations are without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection law and any liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Legal Mentions and all aspects of the Platform are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, users are encouraged to first contact Lustra at [email protected].
Consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Failing amicable resolution, any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tournai, Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.

These Legal Mentions may be updated at any time. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Users who continue to use the Platform after an update is published are deemed to accept the updated Legal Mentions.
